Dear Mike,

Roy and I wish you and the entire Marcos Kitchen and bath team a very happy 2008! I wanted to start the New Year by writing you a note to tell you how much Roy and I “LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM”!!! I wish I could show it off to the world!

I can still remember the day we walked into your showroom and worked very hard with Edwin to put our thoughts into action. I also know (as you do as well), that we were very skeptical about ever finding a good, ethical, skilled contracting company who could produce with expert craftsmanship what we wanted, within an agreed budget, and without aggravation. But you did IT!! There are not too many companies out there like yours, and we commend you for it!

All your employees…from Edwin, to Gloria, to Chris (the carpenter) Joe (the plumber), Tony (the foreman), and everyone else who took part in constructing our bathroom… are excellent at what they do. We thank all of you! And thank you personally Mike for some of the extra “Mike” touches (i.e. higher vanity and the vine border instead of the geometric design we first picked).

Dear Mike,

We would be remiss if we did not write to tell you what an outstanding job your firm did on our kitchen remodel. While there were some unavoidable delays, at the end of the day the result was better than we could have hope for. From the time that you and Anthony visited with us to begin the planning, to the day that the job was completed, we felt that we were in good, caring and capably hands. All of your men were not only most skilled, but courteous as well. Bart’s tile work, both in our kitchen and on our terrace, was truly artwork. Tony of course, was always available troubleshoot and problem solve.

And kudos to Jeanette and Gloria in the office who always cheerfully responded to our every query no matter how many times we called. Whatever we asked, the answer was always yes. I cannot think of one concern that was not addressed to our satisfaction.
